flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Water begins to impact Brown Bridge Rd
  around Ranch Rudolf.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 7.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:15 AM EDT Wednesday was 8.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 4.4 feet
    Wednesday, April 22.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
