* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, The railroad bridge about three quarters
  of a mile upstream from the gage can restrict the flow.

  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.2 feet.
  - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Thursday
    afternoon.
