  Black River at Black River Falls affecting Jackson County.

.Moderate flooding is expected along the Black River at Black River
Falls. As the flood wave moves down the Black River, it could
potentially produce minor flooding at Galesville.

  - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 52.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 43.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 52.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 54.2
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage late Thursday morning.
  - Flood stage is 47.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    55.6 feet on 06/27/1998.
