At 648 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Genesee, or near Wellsville, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph have been observed.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Caton, Lindley, Addison, Woodhull, Jasper, Troupsburg, South Corning,
Cameron, Greenwood, and Hartsville.
