DISCUSSION: Another round of heavy wet snow will impact higher elevations
tonight through Wednesday night. A liquid equivalent total of 1 to 1.5" is
expected during this period with snow ratios around 10:1. This will result
in a heavy wet snow across Banner Summit. Snow levels will rise to 6500
feet ahead of a cold front on Wednesday. Gusty southwest winds will
accompany the snowfall. Thursday is colder with sub-freezing highs and
snow showers bringing an additional 1 to 3 inches of accumulation.
