Nearshore and Open waters from Avon Point OH to Geneva-on-the-lake
OH...

At 413 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 21 nm north of Ashtabula to near Geneva-On-The-Lake to
near Cleveland, moving east at 55 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Willowick, Fairport Harbor, Cleveland, and Geneva-On-The-Lake.
