At 428 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 12 miles northwest of Girard to near Ashtabula.
Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
