At 155 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 19 nm west of St. Clair
Shores to 21 nm northwest of Monroe Harbor, moving southeast at 50
knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

  The Ambassador Bridge and Wyandotte around 210 AM EDT.
  Elizabeth Park Marina, St. Clair Shores, Grosse Pointe, Grosse
  Ile, Belle Isle, and Gibraltar around 215 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by severe thunderstorms include Gibraltar.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for southeastern
