* WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects most agricultural land near
  Sigourney.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.2 feet and steady.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage of
    16.0 feet tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 17.6 feet Friday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
