the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

Illinois...and northeastern and east central Iowa.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN JACKSON AND SOUTHEASTERN DUBUQUE COUNTIES...

At 735 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over St. Donatus, or
8 miles southwest of Galena, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
La Motte, St. Donatus, Zwingle, Spruce Creek Park, Smiths, Dubuque
Regional Airport, Massey, and Washington Mills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for northwestern
Illinois...and northeastern and east central Iowa.

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move to a shelter, inside a strong building and away from
windows.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
