The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Jo Daviess County in northwestern Illinois...
  Northwestern Stephenson County in northwestern Illinois...

* Until 645 PM CDT.

* At 604 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Woodbine, or 17 miles east of Galena, moving
  northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Stockton, Warren, Nora, Apple River Canyon State Park, and Jo
  Daviess County Fairgrounds around 610 PM CDT.
  Waddams Grove around 615 PM CDT.
