  Southwestern Edwards County in south central Texas...
  East central Val Verde County in south central Texas...

* Until 845 PM CDT.

* At 740 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 12 miles southwest
  of Carta Valley, or 19 miles north of Del Rio, moving east at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Emergency management.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Carta Valley and Kickapoo Cavern State Park.
