* WHERE...Red River of the North at Oslo.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday, April 21.

* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 25.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow morning to a crest of 27.4 feet Thursday evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
