* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River of the North at Pembina.

* WHEN...From Friday morning until further notice.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 33.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late Friday morning and continue rising to a crest of 42.0
    feet early Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 39.0 feet.
