Starting off with high RH values but do look for the areas of fog
and low clouds to burnoff mid morning with mostly sunny conditions
all areas anticipated midday thru the afternoon.  South winds today
turning more southwest as we get into mid to late afternoon.  Lowest
RH values today in the low 30s to low 40s percent.  Thursday will
see gusty winds and a sharp temperature difference as a cold front
drops southeast.  30 degree temperature difference from Langdon to
Wahpeton and from Hallock to Fergus Falls.  In the warm sector RH
values will drop to near 30 percent from Bemidji to Wahpeton but
remain much higher in the colder airmass.  Light rain and snow will
develop in eastern North Dakota and spread east into Friday.
