...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE POTENTIAL FAILURE OF BIG FALLS DAM ON
THE LITTLE WOLF RIVER IS EXTENDED  UNTIL MIDNIGHT CDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam or levee failure
  continues to be possible near and downstream of the Big Falls Dam.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Wisconsin, including the following
  county, Waupaca.

* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying
  areas below the dam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Emergency management reports that though the situation has
    stabilized at the dam, significant increase in flows in the
    vicinity of the dam could still result in potential dam failure.
  - The nearest downstream town is Big Falls.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Wisconsin, including the following
  county, Waupaca.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain are expected to spread
    across the region this evening. The heavy rain falling on soils
    saturated from the heavy rain that occurred Monday evening
    through early this morning will only aggravate flooding concerns
    ongoing across the area.
