and northeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in central
Wisconsin, Portage, Waushara and Wood. In east central Wisconsin,
Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown,
Door, Kewaunee, Outagamie and Waupaca.

The Flood Watch is replaced with a Flood Warning.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR THE POTENTIAL IMMINENT FAILURE OF BALSAM ROW
RD. DAM ON THE WOLF RIVER REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam or levee failure is
  possible near and downstream of the Balsam Row Road Dam

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Wisconsin, including the following
  county, Shawano.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying
  areas below the dam

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Emergency management reports dam failure remains possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Mainly rural areas of Shawano county south of Balsam Road to near
    the Shawano Paper Mills Dam near the Wolf River.
