...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...

  Embarrass River near Embarrass affecting Shawano, Waupaca, and
  Outagamie Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring. This is perliminary the flood
  of record.

* WHERE...Embarrass River near Embarrass.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water levels may approach the Range Line
  bridge and the Highway 22 bridge downstream. Water levels may
  approach structures along Hickory Lane and Amber Road. Significant
  water rises are being observed along the river in Bear Creek in
  western Outagamie County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 10:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 12.4 feet.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.1
    feet on 04/12/1965.
