...The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin...

  Duck Creek near Howard affecting Brown and Outagamie Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, there is widespread lowland flooding.
  Portions of Pamperin Park are submerged.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
    at 4:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 18.5 feet.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.7
    feet on 03/28/2005.
