  extending from near Bellevue to 7 miles east of Vicksburg, moving
  east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
