* IMPACTS...At 14.4 feet, Seepage problems begin in the Coal Creek
  Drainage and Levee District.

  - At 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
    stage at 15.0 feet for the next several days.
