FOR EAST CENTRAL CARROLL AND NORTHWESTERN HOWARD COUNTIES...

At 516 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles southwest of
Walton, or 13 miles south of Logansport, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
