...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN DE KALB AND
NORTHERN KANE COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 1000 PM CDT...

A new Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for northern and
central Kane County through 1030 PM CDT for the storms which
prompted the expiring warning. For De Kalb County, the storms which
prompted the warning have moved out of the warned area, and no
longer pose an immediate threat to life or property. Therefore, the
warning has been allowed to expire.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for north
central and northeastern Illinois.
