...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN DANE COUNTY...

At 439 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Black Earth, or
8 miles south of Sauk City, moving northeast at 40 mph.

THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM.

HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
         Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
         siding, and vehicles.

Locations impacted include...
Madison, Middleton, Mount Horeb, Cross Plains, Mazomanie, Shorewood
Hills, Black Earth, Pine Bluff, and Marxville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
