...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN IOWA AND NORTHWESTERN DANE COUNTIES...

At 435 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Black Earth, or
near Mount Horeb, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters near Arena reports 2 inch hail.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Madison, Middleton, Mount Horeb, Cross Plains, Mazomanie, Shorewood
Hills, Black Earth, Blue Mounds, Arena, Pine Bluff, Blue Mound St
Park, and Marxville.
