Temperatures in the upper 40s at ignition couple with RH in the
80s with lingering morning fog burning away quickly. Light and
variable winds will be the primary concern due to poor dispersal,
out of the north around 5mph at ignition time shifting slightly
northeasterly this afternoon. Winds aloft are similar in terms of
both speed and direction.
