deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water floods low lying areas along the
  river. This may include...parts of the Flowing Well Campground
  downstream of gauge site and the tenmile rapids canoe launch
  upstream of the gauge site.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 10.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:45 PM EDT Tuesday was 10.5 feet.
