* WHAT...Visibility 1/4 mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan.

* WHEN...From 11 PM EDT /10 PM CDT/ this evening to 8 AM EDT /7 AM
  CDT/ Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dense fog will develop tonight as the low
  levels cool and ample moisture remains in place, along with light
  winds off of the remaining snowpack and cold waters of the Great
  Lakes.
