.SYNOPSIS...A ridge extending across the northern Gulf will shift
east through early Sat ahead of cold front that will move off
the Texas coast into the northwest Gulf Sat night. Fresh to
strong NE winds and rough seas will follow the front as it moves
across the northern Gulf, before stalling from the Florida
Straits to south Texas by late Mon.
