FOR NORTHEASTERN PLATTE COUNTY...

At 933 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles northeast of
Platte Center, or 11 miles north of Columbus, moving northeast at 45
mph.

HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. This storm has a history of producing dime
         to nickel size hail in Genoa and Platte Center.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

Locations impacted include...
Platte Center, Creston, and Tarnov.
