FOR NORTHERN PLATTE COUNTY...

At 920 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 3 miles north of
Monroe, or 13 miles northwest of Columbus, moving northeast at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. This storm has a history of producing up
         to nickel size hail.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

Platte Center, Monroe, Creston, Lakeview, and Tarnov.
