* At 656 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest
  of Franklin, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated with a history of producing up to 2 inch
           diameter hail.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Franklin, Clarion, Brookville, Knox, Seneca, Polk, Strattanville,
  Summerville, Limestone, Shippenville, Corsica, Kennerdell, Sigel,
  Fryburg, Fisher, Cranberry Township and Clear Creek State Park.
