...Frost/Freeze season initiating early for additional portions
of New Jersey and Pennsylvania...

Due to warm weather over the past month, vegetative growth has
gotten off to a fast start despite the cold winter preceeding it.
Therefore, the National Weather Service will initiate frost/freeze
watches, warnings and advisories a bit earlier than normal
(essentially starting today, as needed) for the following
counties:

In New Jersey...
Hunterdon
Morris
Somerset
Sussex
Warren

In Pennsylvania...
Upper Bucks
Lehigh
Northampton

The normal date for the initiation of frost/freeze watches,
warnings and advisories in these areas is April 21st.
