* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 MPH
  expected.

* WHERE...Island County, Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern
  Snohomish Counties, Downtown Everett / Marysville Area, and
  Shoreline / Lynnwood / South Everett Area.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Increasing foliage will make trees more
  susceptible to damage, with localized power outages possible.
