...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT
FOR SOUTHERN BARTON AND NORTHERN JASPER COUNTIES...

At 504 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Jasper, or 11
miles north of Carthage, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Carthage, Lamar, Oronogo, Jasper, Golden City, Alba, Purcell,
Nashville, Carytown, Asbury, Neck City, Lamar Heights, Avilla, Waco,
Oakton, Dudenville, Kenoma, Maple Grove, Boston, and Opolis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
