  temperatures in the low to mid 20s are possible early Friday
  morning.

* WHERE...Castle Country, San Rafael Swell, Western Millard and Juab
  Counties, and Western Uinta Basin.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM MDT Wednesday. For the
  Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
