...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH
FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the low to mid 20s are
  possible early Friday morning.

* WHERE...Castle Country, Eastern Juab/Millard Counties, San Rafael
  Swell, Sanpete Valley, Sevier Valley, Western Millard and Juab
  Counties, Western Uinta Basin, and Southwest Utah.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
