CANCELLED...

The storm which prompted the warning no longer appears capable of
producing a tornado. Therefore, the tornado warning has been
cancelled. However, locally severe winds of 60 mph are still
possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for
northwestern Arkansas.
