Warmer, drier, and windy conditions will return to parts of
northeast Wyoming and southern portions of South Dakota on
Thursday. Critical fire weather conditions are possible on

A strong cold front will move through the area Thursday afternoon,
followed by a weather system Thursday night into Friday.
Temperatures will be cold enough behind the cold front for rain to
change to snow by early Friday morning. By Friday afternoon, 1 to
3 inches of accumulation will be possible.
