ROTA AND REPLACED BY A FLOOD ADVISORY...

Incoming rainbands produced by STY Sinlaku have decreased in
coverage and severity later this morning, allowing the risk for
flash flooding to decrease across Rota. Even so, more showers are
expected throughout the day, and already saturated soils will allow
regular ponding and nuisance urban & small stream flooding to occur
coming into this afternoon, so a Flood Advisory will be issued
shortly.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 400 AM ChST Thursday for .
