...TYPHOON WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT...

* WHAT...Typhoon Warning. For Rota, tropical storm force winds of
  40 to 60 kt, with gusts to 90 kt. Seas are beginning to slowly
  subside and are at around 30 feet. For Tinian and Saipan, typhoon
  force winds of up to 125 kt with gusts to 150 kt. Seas are
  near 30 to 40 feet.

* WHERE...Rota, Tinian, and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be catastrophic for small craft and
  large vessels. Remain in safe harbor.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm winds are occurring at
  Rota, with typhoon winds currently over Tinian and Saipan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A typhoon warning means sustained winds of 64 kt or 74 mph or
greater are expected or occurring.

...TYPHOON WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT...

* WHAT...For the Tropical Storm Warning, west winds 35 to 45 kt
  with gusts to 65 kt and shifting to the southwest. Seas are
  slowly subsiding, but remain around 18 to 26 feet. For the
  Typhoon Watch, typhoon conditions possible.

* WHERE...Guam Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. Conditions will
  be dangerous for small craft and large vessels. Remain in safe
  harbor.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm winds are occurring and and
are expected to slowly subside through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A tropical storm warning means sustained winds of 34 to 63 kt or
39 to 73 mph are expected or occurring.
