* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A distant swell from Typhoon Sinlaku is
  producing elevated seas, up to hazardous levels of 10 feet
  through tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
