* WHAT...Wind gusts 35 knots or higher.

* WHERE...The Albuquerque International Sunport.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM MDT this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southwest wind gusts will strengthen to near
  35 knots by early this afternoon. Winds will turn out of the west
  then northwest through the afternoon and early evening. Peak wind
  gusts near 38 knots are expected between 3pm and 6pm.
