The front arrives by mid-late evening, bringing colder temperatures and accumulating snow through Thursday morning. This area of precipitation has had a history of producing a few hundredths of an inch to a tenth of an inch of rain. Rain will then push to the north after sunset this evening. Gusty southwest winds between 15 to 20 mph remain possible today, however highest gusts observed so far in the area have only been around 10 mph. Minimum relative humidity values will hover in the low to mid 40s, but could rise slightly in the event of a passing shower. Unseasonably hot weather will continue across the region through much of this week. While isolated showers or storms cannot be completely ruled out on any given day this week, major relief from the dryness is not expected on anything more than an extremely localized basis. .REST OF TODAY...
