...FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS EXPIRED FOR SOUTHWESTERN MARATHON,
NORTHWESTERN PORTAGE AND NORTHERN WOOD COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Tuesday for portions
of central, east central, north central, and northeast Wisconsin.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM CDT TUESDAY
FOR NORTHEASTERN MONROE COUNTY...

At 1058 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area with street flooding
observed in Highway 12 in Tomah. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Tomah, Fort Mc Coy, Warrens, Wyeville, Tunnel City, Kirby,
  Jellystone Park Near Warrens, I 90 And I 94 Interchange and Valley
  Junction.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
