* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, At flood stage, widespread lowland and farm
  land flooding is occurring. Water may be covering parts of
  Wrightstown Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 13.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
