  Two Harbors to Duluth MN...

At 1010 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm, capable of
producing winds to around 25 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm
was located 25 nm southwest of Superior Harbor, or 28 nm southwest
of Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, moving northeast at 40 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Superior Harbor, Barkers Island, Duluth Harbor, and Superior Entry
  around 1040 AM CDT.
  Duluth Lift Bridge Channel around 1050 AM CDT.

Other locations impacted by the strong thunderstorm include Superior
Entry.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 25 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
