* At 3:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 4.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
* Caution stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast:  The river is forecast to rise above caution stage late
  tonight and drop below caution stage Tuesday night into Wednesday
  morning.
