Alamagan, Pagan, and Agrihan in the CNMI and the adjacent coastal
waters.

DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 500 PM CHST...0700 UTC...the center of Typhoon Sinlaku was
located near Latitude 17.8 degrees North and Longitude
144.6 degrees East. Sinlaku is moving north-northeast around 8
mph. It is expected to continue toward the north-northeast with
little change in forward speed through Friday. Typhoon Sinlaku
continues to move through the northern CNMI just west of
Alamagan, Pagan, and Agrihan, which will continue through Friday
as it turns more to the northeast and passes north of Agrihan.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 115 mph. Sinlaku is forecast to
continue weakening through Friday.

Typhoon force winds extend outward from the center up to
90 miles. Tropical storm force winds extend outward from the
center up to 290 miles to the northeast and up to 255 miles
elsewhere.
