At 317 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong isolated thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots, frequent lightning,
and heavy rain. These thunderstorm was located over mainly the
coastal areas of northern and western Puerto Rico, moving northeast
at 5 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
